British intelligence: Russian schools will teach children to fly drones

All Russian schoolchildren are to be trained to fly combat drones
This emphasises that Russian Federation has identified the use of tactical UAVs in Ukraine as a long-term component of modern warfare, British intelligence believes:
Russian Senator Artem Sheikin said the classes will teach terrain reconnaissance and how to counter enemy unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). "The UAV lessons are combined with training in firing an automatic rifle, using a hand grenade and first aid in combat under the revised Basics of Life Safety curriculum for 10th and 11th grade students, which is to be compulsory from 1 September 2023," the report said.
