Germany continues to search for missing Ukrainian girl

The girl came to Germany together with her mother, her father is still in Ukraine.
In the German town of Debeln in the federal state of Saxony, nine-year-old Ukrainian girl Valeriya, who disappeared on her way to school, has still not been found. She has been searched for a week. About it write Bild and Frankfurter Rundschau.
It is indicated that 9-year-old Valeria went to school on 3 June, but never appeared there.
According to the police, the search operation is being carried out in other cities in the federal state of Saxony, as well as expanded beyond Germany - in Poland and the Czech Republic. So-called super-recognisers - people who recognise faces particularly quickly - are being used for the search. Local residents are also being asked to look for the girl in their own vegetable gardens, cellars, garages and sheds.
In addition, there is a check on why the school belatedly reported the girl missing. Valeria was reported missing by her mother after the girl did not return home after school at the usual time.

She is about 1.40 metres tall, has dark-blond hair, was wearing a purple T-shirt, black jeans, a light turquoise jacket and dark blue shoes on the day she went missing and was carrying a pink school bag, MDR media company said.
Up to 300 police officers are involved in the search, including with dogs, and drones are being used.
German publications say that law enforcers "do not rule out a crime".
