GUR: Occupiers keep several types of nuclear weapons carriers in Crimea

The spokesman for the Ukrainian Defence Ministry's State Intelligence Service, Andriy Cherniak, has said this, the Ukrinform news agency has said.

Ukraine's intelligence service monitors tactical-level nuclear weapons and knows where they are located:

Military intelligence sees land-, air- and sea-based nuclear warhead carriers currently deployed on the territory of temporarily occupied Crimea, referring to ships, submarines, aircraft and land-based complexes that can strike with nuclear munitions.

According to him, the occupants were carrying out certain works at the Feodosiya-13 site in the village of Krasnokamenka to prepare it for the storage of nuclear warheads. However, it is now unknown whether these works have been completed.

Speaking about the risks of a Russian nuclear strike, a military intelligence representative noted that the occupying country is capable of anything:

We hope that the international community will be able to influence the leadership of the occupying country not to lead the world to a nuclear catastrophe.
