The White Angels police team does not give up trying to snatch civilians out of the hands of death.

Police officers in Donetsk region risked their lives to save civilians, the special police crew "White Angels" together with volunteers managed to evacuate 14 residents of Krasnogorovka and a dozen dogs and cats. This is described in the report of the National Police.

It was just one day out of thousands of similar ones, when the police risked their lives to save civilians - and won. Despite close combat and drone attacks, the special police crew together with volunteers managed to save 14 residents, as well as a dozen dogs and cats," the report says.

Today, the streets shown in the report are already in the epicentre of the fighting, but the "White Angels" still do not abandon attempts to snatch people from the hands of death.

In Krasnogorovka, the White Angel group faced new enemy tactics and evacuated people under massive strikes from guided aerial bombs and FPV drones.

As the evacuation continued, RF troops shelled the private sector with UAVs, leaving charred ruins of houses and cars.

Another call involved open steppe, where the evacuation transport was in the enemy's sights. It is possible to overcome the open space and stay alive only at speeds of 120 kilometres per hour and above.

The evacuation took place in two stages - police officers in an armoured minibus picked up residents from the front line and quickly brought them to an improvised assembly point located in a garage. It also served as a drone shelter.

From there, civilians were picked up by volunteers and taken to safer regions.

Now access to Krasnogorovka is extremely difficult, but police officers are trying to rescue those who can still be rescued if possible. About 500 residents remain in the town.
