Explosions were heard in Kharkiv during an air alert. According to the head of the OVA, Oleg Sinegubov, the Russian military struck the Kievskyy district of the city.

Russia attacked Kharkiv after the Ukrainian air force warned about the threat of using ballistic weapons.
