Russians hit Kharkiv's Kiev district

Explosions were heard in Kharkiv during an air alert. According to the head of the OVA, Oleg Sinegubov, the Russian military struck the Kievskyy district of the city.

Sinegubov pointed out that as a result of the shelling a 48-year-old woman was wounded.

Kharkiv mayor Igor Terekhov noted that the RF strike was in the area of residential buildings.

No hits to houses were recorded. At the moment inspections are being carried out to see if the surrounding houses have been damaged," he wrote.

Russia attacked Kharkiv after the Ukrainian air force warned about the threat of using ballistic weapons.
