Media: Zelensky banned Russians from renting their villa in Italy

The Italian media write that Zelensky rented out his Italian villa to the Russians.
La Stampa writes about it.
However, real estate agent Real Estate Forte Dei Marmi Villas Claudio Salvini denied this information.
The villa did not surrender to the Russians because we have a warrant from the owner who categorically forbids us from doing so. We can hand over to someone so that they are of a different nationality: Europeans, Americans, and so on, - said Claudio Salvini.
Earlier, Italian media wrote that on the coast, where Zelensky's villa is located, there were rumors that a particular Russian couple probably rented a villa.
Claudio Salvini also said that Elena Zelenskaya gave the company a mandate to rent a villa with a clause - "without Russians."
Salvini added: "Perhaps someone accidentally overheard someone speaking Russian and assumed that there were Russians in the house. But I categorically deny this. Perhaps they were guests, but not those who rented."
