On the morning of July 23, the Russians fired 13 missiles at the Kirovograd region.
As a result of hitting Russian missiles near Kropyvnytskyi, nine servicemen were wounded. One person died due to the attack of the enemy. This was announced by the head of the Kirovograd OVA Andrey Raikovich on the air of the national telethon.
Rescue work is underway and the necessary assistance is being provided to people who have suffered. Among them are servicemen - nine wounded and one dead. Two guards of the transformer substation, previously, died, - he said.
He noted that the enemy hit the Kanatovo military airfield and one of the facilities of Ukrzaliznytsia.
Rescue and pyrotechnic units work there. Part of one of the microdistricts of Kropyvnytskyi remains without electricity, which is why the emergency teams of Kirovogradoblenergo were involved.
Traction substation worked and one of the districts of the city is de-energized. An inspection and preventive maintenance will be carried out and the power supply will be restored. Municipal structures of the city will work as usual, - said Rajkovic.
Raikovich urged the residents of the region not to ignore the alarms and immediately go down to the shelters.
