Military administration returns to Kherson


On Friday, 11 November, Ukrainian troops occupied Kherson.
The military administration, police and Security Service of Ukraine have returned to Kherson and started performing their duties. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine has started de-mining the territory, according to the Telegram channel of the deputy head of the presidential office, Kyrylo Tymoshenko:
Mr. President, according to your instruction, we report that the SA of Kherson region, SA of Kherson, SA of Kherson district have arrived and started performing their duties in the city of Kherson
He added that in Kherson the National Police and the Security Service of Ukraine have also started performing their duties. Meanwhile, the State Emergency Situations Service is carrying out demining activities in the city:
Engaging in appropriate return of the city to normal life activities
At the same time, the occupation administration of the Russian-occupied Kakhovka district of Kherson Region, which is located on the left bank of the Dnieper river, has announced the evacuation of its employees. The head of the occupation administration, Pavlo Filipchuk, quoted Meduza as saying that military actions are possible in the 15-km zone on the left bank of the Dnieper river.
We would like to point out that on 11 November, the Main Directorate of Intelligence reported that Kherson was returning under Ukrainian control, with units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces entering the city. The Russian occupants' retreat routes are under the fire control of the Ukrainian army
