The so-called administration in temporarily occupied Starobelsk, Luhansk Region, has been conducting a census of the housing stock in search of premises to be occupied by the Russian military.

In the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk Region, representatives of the Russian occupation administration are conducting a census of the available housing stock to identify dwellings abandoned by local residents during the full-scale invasion.

The occupiers want the military to move into the flats abandoned by the locals.

The CNS noted that the occupiers had carried out similar actions in 2014 as well - they had set up firing points in abandoned houses and flats of local residents or settled military personnel in them.
