In Lugansk today, 24 August, Independence Day, the anthem of Ukraine was played.

This is reported by the Telegram channel Yellow Ribbon.

The anthem of Ukraine sounds today in occupied Luhansk in honour of Independence Day! - is said in the message.

Activists of the movement "Yellow Ribbon" decided to congratulate the inhabitants of Lugansk in a special way.

They installed equipment at public transport stops and people heard the anthem of their homeland Ukraine.
