As a result of an explosion in occupied Energodar, the "barracks" of the OMON was damaged - GUR

On the morning of 28 August, an explosion was heard in the building that was seized by the "kadyrovtsy". This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defence Ministry.

As a result of the operation of the local resistance movement coordinated by the Ukrainian Defence Ministry's Main Directorate of Intelligence, the improvised "barracks" of the Akhmat-1 unit of the OMON Russian Guard was "damaged". "After the occupation of the city, the 'kadyrovtsy' seized and converted for their needs the building at 46 Stroiteley St., which used to house a local branch of a Ukrainian bank," the report said.

The explosion injured enemy personnel and vehicles, and a fire broke out in the building. Information on the number of wounded and dead "kadyrovtsy" is specified. There are no casualties among the civilian population.

After a series of explosions, the occupiers urgently evacuated the local "administration" and started checks and restricted access to the Internet.
